Our targeted work is alterations and new house builds that are mid to high spec but will consider most jobs according to workload.
Our Story
Norda Pacific 2018 Ltd is a continuation of Norda Pacific 1990 Ltd but with David and Jantina Leenders as the Directors.
Dave has 39 years experience as a builder and 35 years experience as a contractor. This experience is beneficial to the clients as Dave is still on the tools full time and we typically employ one staff member.
Experience & Quality
With that experience comes efficiency and quality, on site every day, as well as being able to cover a wide range of skills. We concentrate on residential and cover anything from new builds to reroofs.
We have experience in placing concrete, steel tying, make our own frames, pitch roofs, as well as gib fixing etc. We also do our own colour steel roofing, small block work jobs, as well as the regular building work that is normally done. We own a reasonable amount of scaffolding and equipment that our clients regularly use for painting, etc.
