This home was designed by Architect Dean Bussell for a rural property at Te Horo Beach. This home is a complex home with layer upon layer of foundations, concrete slab to the garage, driven piles, block walls, LVL beams and hyspan rafters. This beachside property was built over the covid period but with the help of our ITM Suppliers, we had little disruption to materials.
